How to set up Your Default Autoresponder
Your MLSP system by default is set up with the "built in" system provided autoresponder. For more explanation see under "What is an Autoresponder"
You can also set up your own 3rd party autoresponder (highly suggested), so you own your own list.
Eventually you may want to create several different lists to go with different campaigns, depending on your marketing.
For example you may want a different series of emails that are sent to an Instagram training campaign and different emails for a Facebook training campaign. And you may want one set of emails to go to all your "other" campaigns.
You have the ability to set up a default list, which will go to all your MLSP campaigns, and you can also edit certain campaigns with a specific list.
To set up and change what list you want as your default you would go to your website tab > campaign settings > autoresponders:
You will first want to have already added more than one list to your autoresponder set up under my account > my autoresponders:
Customizing a Specific List For a Specific Campaign
If you want a specific campaign to go to a specific list, select which campaign under your my websites tab. Then you'll see for each campaign under operations there is an edit icon (pencil & note pad), click on this and there will be a drop down box with an option to select which list you would like for this campaign.
You will also see the option to deselect/select if you would like to request Lead phone and name (highly recommended "yes" for both).
Changing back to the system built in auto responder
If for some reason you no longer want to use a 3rd party service (Aweber), you can return to using the system built in service again.
To set your Autoresponder back to the System Default, Go to "My Account">My Autoresponders>"Add New Responder">"Select from drop down box">"Update" then....
Go to "My Websites" > "My Website Settings" > "Autoresponder"
Here you can select which autoresponder you wish to use as default, in this case whatever you named the system built in service.
