You can add your own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to your business center by navigating to Account Settings -> Legal Policies.
You have three options when setting this up. You can select to not have your own policies (not recommended), you can choose to link to policies you have hosted elsewhere (like your personal website), or you can choose to create your own policies directly with the editor we provide.
These policies will show up in the footer of your business center pages, as well as on your checkout pages, where your customers will agree to these terms by clicking on their 'Complete My Order' button. Examples below:
Adding a Privacy Policy and Terms of Service
If you decide to add your own legal policies, you can choose to link to an existing page, or create you own with our editor.
Custom Link: If you want to link to an existing page for your privacy policy or terms of service, simply select Custom Link from the dropdown, paste the link to the page in and click Save Settings
Custom Policy: If you want to create a custom Privacy Policy or Terms of Service, select the 'Custom Policy' option and you will see a text editor that will allow you to add your own custom content. Add your policies and then click 'Save Settings'
